Bright full ruby. Captivating aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, coffee and minerals. Juicy, supple and concentrated, with very good flesh for the vintage buffered by harmonious acidity. Finishes with a firm acid/tannin spine and lingering red berry, mineral and floral nuances. An outstanding showing for Bernadotte; the higher clay content of its soils and a generally later-ripening site allowed the grapes to reach maturity levels that were uncommon even in more famous estates
